Ian Hill is a Web content producer and editor for the San Joaquin Media Group in Stockton, Calif., where his duties include shooting video, helping to maintain Recordnet.com and creating online interactive features. Ian also is the founder and editor of 209Vibe.com, a San Joaquin Media Group Web site covering the music and entertainment scenes in Stockton and Modesto, Calif. He has more than a decade of journalism experience, having worked at newspapers in New York and Ohio before moving to California.
