That was arguably the most popular question in The Record’s newsroom yesterday after City Hall reporter David Siders and I completed Recordnet.com’s first live chat. The chat – held during Stockton Mayor Ann Johnston’s inaugural State of the City address, was a success. Here are the final stats:

There will be another “first” for Recordnet.com today – this time, it’s the site’s first interactive live blog. City hall reporter David Siders and I will be at new Stockton Mayor Ann Johnston’s inaugural State of the City address taking questions from Web site users and posting content live as the event happens.

I launched my first multimedia project on Recordnet.com over the weekend.

This isn’t the launch of ianhillmedia.com 2.0, but it’s pretty close.
